I’m looking for a licensed electrician to securely refit one loose double power point to the wall. There is a visible gap above it and some damage/cracking around the wall opening. Please see the attached photos. The job includes: - Inspecting the mounting and fixings, and securing the power point properly. - Supplying and fitting a slightly larger compatible cover plate or backing plate if needed. - Repairing and sealing the surrounding wall gaps with suitable materials, including acoustic sealing where appropriate. Noise from downstairs seems to be coming through this area, so I’d like to reduce sound leakage. - Checking and testing the power point after the repair. Please confirm that you hold a current NSW electrical contractor licence and can also complete the minor wall repairs and sealing. Building a 4m high wall to wall off a loft that overlooks the living room. Have a quote for someone to build a wall with a door. Room and hallway dimensions and floorplan attached. Need Gyprocking for an old house in Hornsby. Both ceiling and walls. It is the old brick house. Concreting is falling off (on the photo) so I want to do fresh new gyprocking. Dining and bedroom4 have this sheet ceiling probably need to do the framing as well, opinions welcomed.
