We’re renovating our home in Mosman and are looking for an experienced, quality renderer to complete an initial approximately 10m² sample area on the front façade. The aim is to establish a long-term working relationship with the right renderer to complete the balance of our 300m²+ exterior rendering project. The sample area is on fibro cement sheeting. The full project includes rendering over: - Existing brick masonry - Fibro cement cladding - Risewall/Dincel permanent polymer formwork We’re looking for someone experienced in premium acrylic render systems and capable of delivering a smooth, contemporary architectural finish suitable for a high-end coastal home. This first task includes: - Supply of all labour and materials - Surface preparation and primer as required - Premium acrylic render system suitable for fibro cement - Smooth white finish (final colour to match Dulux Lexicon Half) - Clean, professional workmanship If we’re both happy with the outcome, we’d like to engage you for the remaining 300m²+ of rendering. For the larger project, I’ll supply the materials, and we’ll work on a fair market day rate or agreed project pricing. Please include: - Photos of similar high-quality rendering projects - Experience with fibro cement and ideally Risewall/Dincel or similar polymer formwork - Your recommended acrylic render system (e.g. Dulux Acratex, Rockcote, Unitex or equivalent) - Your availability Quality, reliability and attention to detail are more important to us than simply finding the lowest price. Job details updated 10 June, including photos Patch laundry main wall (3000mm W x 2300mm H ) and 600mm to the left and right of main wall. Currently has large patches of exposed brickwork. Used to have a hot water system against the wall. That has now been removed but plastering sheared off during removal and due to water issue which is now resolved.

We need an experienced renderer to prep our kitchen wall for splashback tiling, including removing any loose / drummy bits of render and applying new render. Much of the existing render came off when removing the old tiles. The wall is just under 2m wide. We also need two holes in the wall patched / rendered ready for painting (previous location of a switchboard and light switch). Keen to have this done before / on this Saturday. Hello, I have a small store room - 5.1 x 2 that I would like gyprocked to look more ‘room’ like. It’s currently concrete cinder blocks. I would also like new lighting, it’s currently a fluorescent light. First pick is current, second pic is my goal.

Looking for a Gyprocker to patch, set and sand both sides of a new pantry wall and header above sliding doors (0.5m x 7m). Please see the photos attached. Looks like about 4-6 hours of work. Happy to help with the final sand, if the set is good quality.

Close 2.5 inch gap around the base of glass balustrade. Balcony is 3.1m x 1.1m Wanting to close gap with perspex.

Install a balustrade in the style shown in the picture in a light (stained) wood on internal stairs. Balustrade needs to go on the non wall facing part of the stairs.
