Looking for someone experienced in ceiling plaster repair / gyprock repair. The leak has already been inspected and fixed. I need someone experienced to: * Supply and install new gyprock/plasterboard * Patch and flush joints * Sand smooth * Match existing ceiling finish as closely as possible * Apply primer and paint to blend with existing ceiling The damaged section is approximately 80cm*50cm Flexible with timing, but would like it done professionally with a clean finish. We have a few areas we need rendered. I have labelled the photos A, B and C so you are aware which point below the photo is in reference to. A) Wall adjacent to pool. Wall is approx 7500mm long x 500mm high. You will see steps in the photo, we do not require rendering on the steps. B) Internal Basement stairs wall and adjacent wall. I have included measurements of the wall that needs to be rendered, and the potion around the stairs. C) Outside Stairs. We need two walls contructed from blockwork, We will provide the blocks. We need 2 walls either side of the steps. One side will be 1900mm long x the full height of the wall under the stairs to the concrete platform above. The other side will be 3600mm long x full height of wall to hit under the steps and the concrete platform above. We need a footing in this area which will be approx 400mm wide x 2000mm long, prior to wall being constructed. The current footing only goes to under the steps, we need it to reach the edge of the house. We will then need this rendered on both sides. Details of areas have been provided Fixed prices only, inlcluding labour and materials (only H Blocks will be provided for the outside stairs wall)

Gyprock ceiling in my garage has become detached from rafters in one corner causing it to sage. Gyprock is damaged where it’s become in contact with garage door. There is also a crack and couple other patches to do. Wanting it reattached, patched and sanded ready for painter. Needs to be done ASAP
