I have a wardrobe that needs new framework to be built and installed into it. Measurements of the cavity are 240cm height x 130cm width x 52 cm depth. I want to make it more functional and a better use of space. Would need a hanging rack, a few shelves and drawers. I’m open to different configurations. As a result, there will be several small holes in the gyprock that need to be repaired before I put it on rent. Total around 10 holes. There is NO WALL DAMAGE just the holes to be fixed up. Job includes: ● Fill multiple small screw/anchor holes in gyprock walls. ● Sand the repaired areas to a smooth finish. ● Apply touch-up paint so the repairs blend with the existing wall colour as closely as possible. ● Leave the work area clean and tidy.
