Hi, I am looking for a licensed electrician to perform a minor electrical upgrade at my residential property in preparation for an EV charger. Scope of work: 1. Replace an existing 20A single-pole MCB (pure circuit breaker) with a new 20A Clipsal MAX9 Slim RCBO (Type A, 30mA, C Curve, 1P+N). 2. The electrician will need to locate the dedicated neutral wire for this garage/laundry circuit from the main neutral bar and correctly wire it into the new RCBO. 3. Replace the existing standard 10A double power point in the garage with a 15A single power point. 4. Run a delicate 2.5mm tps line from power board to garage power point, about 20-25metres. Materials provided by me: - 1 x Clipsal MAX9 20A Slim RCBO (MX9R3120) - 1 x Clipsal Iconic 15A Single Power Point Outlet What you need to provide: - Your own professional tools, testing equipment, and any minor consumables (e.g., a short length of neutral wire for the RCBO line input if needed). - Must provide an Electrical Safety Certificate (CCEW) upon completion. Few holes in gyprock walls to be repaired . One large hole and few small ones

Need a gyprocker to sand, patch and paint around the ceiling vent area. The plaster around the diffuser is uneven and still visible from previous works, so it needs to be made good and repainted to match the ceiling.

Patch gyprock holes in ceiling and wall

A section of my garage ceiling plasterboard has come loose and is sagging on the left side above the roller door. It looks like the plasterboard sheet has separated from the ceiling joists and needs to be re-secured properly with new screws. The cornice has also partially detached and may need re-gluing or replacing.

The aquacheck plasterboard is sagging from the corner. Need to get it fixed.

Require sanding back over previous plastering that was not sanded and then painted over which is unsightly. It was to go over light cracks in ceiling. Also require a piece of sagging cornice to replaced and painted

The pyramid shaped gyprock ceiling comes out once we change the Roof Rafters in the Roof space the ceiling goes back up and finally sand and paint. NB- The mobile scaffolding will be in place for the work to be undertaken

After some repairs on the roof some power points around the kitchen stopped working, when I put the respective breaker up its goes down again.

I'm looking for an experienced plasterer to provide a smooth finish to a new, single internal partition wall in our main bedroom. The wall is constructed from plasterboard (drywall) and reaches up to a standard ceiling height of ~2.4m, where it meets the ceiling cornice. We'll also need to connect new cornice runs (standard 90mm cove) with the existing cornice. There is also the need to patch an assortment of items on the existing wall - an old powerpoint hole, rectifying a small divot in the ceiling, and patching over gaps in the wall where we've removed an old built-in wardrobe.  Requirements: Plastering of one partition wall up to ceiling Patching of existing wall, as detailed above Crisp, sharp edgework on all corners All materials to be supplied by you Clean up all plaster dust after completion Dispose of any plaster waste offsite The space is indoors, with ample room for mixing and storing your tools. A water tap is available nearby, and you'll be working in the presence of an old dog (who will leave you alone), so idesally you'll be comfortable with animals. Access is straightforward, and work can proceed regardless of the weather. I am flexible with scheduling and can accommodate work any time over the next month.
