Patch gyprock holes in ceiling and wall

A section of my garage ceiling plasterboard has come loose and is sagging on the left side above the roller door. It looks like the plasterboard sheet has separated from the ceiling joists and needs to be re-secured properly with new screws. The cornice has also partially detached and may need re-gluing or replacing.

The aquacheck plasterboard is sagging from the corner. Need to get it fixed.

Require sanding back over previous plastering that was not sanded and then painted over which is unsightly. It was to go over light cracks in ceiling. Also require a piece of sagging cornice to replaced and painted

The pyramid shaped gyprock ceiling comes out once we change the Roof Rafters in the Roof space the ceiling goes back up and finally sand and paint. NB- The mobile scaffolding will be in place for the work to be undertaken

After some repairs on the roof some power points around the kitchen stopped working, when I put the respective breaker up its goes down again.

I'm looking for an experienced plasterer to provide a smooth finish to a new, single internal partition wall in our main bedroom. The wall is constructed from plasterboard (drywall) and reaches up to a standard ceiling height of ~2.4m, where it meets the ceiling cornice. We'll also need to connect new cornice runs (standard 90mm cove) with the existing cornice. Two very large holes (cutouts in garage ceiling due to rain damage) need to be replaced.
