Carpenter for the gyprock work (bulk head) around a pipe. and a skirting boards at the bottom for a finish and paint it.

Please see the attached pics. the plumbling pipe needs to be patched with gyprock around it. bulkhead work.

Few holes in gyprock walls to be repaired . One large hole and few small ones

Need a gyprocker to sand, patch and paint around the ceiling vent area. The plaster around the diffuser is uneven and still visible from previous works, so it needs to be made good and repainted to match the ceiling.

The pyramid shaped gyprock ceiling comes out once we change the Roof Rafters in the Roof space the ceiling goes back up and finally sand and paint. NB- The mobile scaffolding will be in place for the work to be undertaken

- Have to patch up a dozen gyprock holes - Attaching pics for your reference - I have one brick to be patched up. I have brick with me. Just need to cut it to size and patch it up.

I have a small passage wall - Dining lounge area to be closed with timber, gyprock and install skirtings. Had a AC vent installed in the bulk head. The bulkhead need to be extended a bit as the vent is over hanging.

Install a new Gyprock roof in garage . Size of the garage is approximately 16.5 ft x 12.5 ft . Would need Gyprock, insulation and a light in middle of garage roof . Need the roof sanded and painted as well
