Need to fix gyprock patching and repaint

Commercial Unit - unit recently painted. Agent unhappy with some of the gyprock patching (screw holes, etc) - looking for a professional to patch and repaint these areas. Paint provided.

We are renovating one room in the house (2.8m X 3.1m with ceilings height 2.4m + a tiny study area 1m X 1m) - we need to Gyprock that room, including the ceiling. Install 90mm cornice and prepare for the painting. Needs to be done on or before the 3rd January. All materials need to be purchased from Bunnings with receipts paid separately.
