Need a new doorknob to install. Will provide doorknob. I tried to install myself but the gap where the door knob meets the frame did not have the adequate space to allow the doorknob to shut.

I have two door handles, one is the front door handle, it's loose and I think just needs tightening up but I have no ideas how to do that. The second is an internal door handle for our main bathroom. The nib lock is broken and it's also coming very loose, I think this one will need replacing (please note, I don't have a replacement so this quote would include the cost of a new handle please, matching as closely as possible the one in the pictures).

Construct a doorframe in an internal opening. Hang a door in it. Use trim/architrave that matches the other doorways in the house. I will provide the door. You provide the other materials and tools. The door is being repurposed from another doorway of the same size so it already has hinges and doorknob attached. You will need to cut off a bit of skirting board. The opening is currently gyprock with no door/doorframe. The opening is 880 x 2060 x 116. The door is 816 x 2032 x 35 mm.

Driveway is already pressure washed. Need it painted Monument Grey. Under patio is not pressure washed but needs pressure wash and paint.
