I have a wall around our stairs that I would like extended and returned back into ceiling, framed, sheeted, plastered ready for paint. Wall is 2800 long and will be raised another 1200 plus a small return of around 700 x 1200 I also have a water damaged section I need replaced, plastered prepped for painting. Hi, I’m looking for a handyman/tradie to help with a couple of jobs at my house in North Adelaide. Potential for ongoing work as we’re planning further upgrades. 1. Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

Installation of 7 door handles. Doors need larger hole cut to fit door handles. 54mm hole required to fit the handle. 2 x privacy handles and 5 x passage. Original handles already removed as the doors have been painted.
