Hi, I’m looking for a handyman/tradie to help with a couple of jobs at my house in North Adelaide. Potential for ongoing work as we’re planning further upgrades. 1. Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

Caught by wind. Appears to be disconnected from rewind track. Can now only wind by turning manually.

Motorised our door awning was extended and damaged in the wind - it is still extended and now possibly the arm is broken - we can’t retract it and it make cause further damage to the home / garden and it rests in a awkward spot

We have two external mounted awning blinds. One has completely come out of the wall and another is only just holding on. We need these to be remounted. Some mounting points are into weatherboard and others into the concrete block wall. We will need to ensure the way it's mounted is appropriate for high winds.
