Hi, I need someone to remove the roof racks and plastic roof moldings on both sides, clean the area, and completely reseal underneath with silicone. After that, please help me mount a side awning on the passenger side. I have the awning ready. A NOTE: The bolts on the roof rack are seized and very tight-they won't budge with a regular hex key. You will need proper tools (like an impact wrench or bolt extractor) to remove them. Looking for a handy mechanic with their own proper tools.

Install awning, similar to supplied pic (that one from manufacturer, Outrigger Awnings). Job requires: - Marking, levelling, drilling 24x10mm holes, install using masonry screws. Manufacturer recommends drilling 8mm holes first, then expand to 10mm. I have the masonry screws. - Install, tension, drill and rivet awning as per manufacturer's instructions. - Bring experience and advice on the above. Second pic is installation site. The wall has a downpipe, which will be accommodated by installing the batten slightly away from the wall (this has been discussed with the manufacturer). Total size of awning is 6.2m (along wall) x 2.6m. Awning is delivered and ready to be installed. I figure this is about one day for two people (builder plus 1). I can also assist.

Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to install a Canopia Sophia awning (1.6m x 0.9m) over my rear door entrance. Awning materials & assembly instructions are supplied in kit. Will need to bring own tools & appropriate heavy duty timber screws, washers & weatherproof sealer. The awning will be attached to 50mm (approx) thick timber, which sits behind grey mini orb cladding. Happy for the awning brackets to be neatly pre-drilled and mounted using standard spacer sleeves/washers to keep the mini orb flat.

I have a large outdoor Awning to to installed off upstairs balcony. It is a 5m x 2m Awning.

Our motorised folding arm awning is not retracting as it should, and we have been advised it’s likely because the motion sensor batteries need replacing. We require someone with a ladder and tools to locate the awning’s motion sensor/s and replace the batteries (3x AAA batteries, provided). Instructions included in the photos section. Would prefer someone with experience in servicing motorised awnings in case other repairs may be necessary.
