We have purchased and assembled an Altamonte 1200 x 700mm Havana Aluminium Composite Canopy With Plastic Brackets from Bunnings. It needs to be installed over the doorway of a faux weatherboard (James Hardie Linea) garden studio. The weather boards overlap (pictures attached) and brackets overlap more than one weatherboard, We have put the canopy together and have installation materials - it just needs to be installed. The width of the weatherboard is 15cm and the width of the bracket is 20cm but the width between the holes on the bracket is 15cm so might be able to screw it onto the one weatherboard.

Task is: -Assess / measure on site -Agree weatherboard and trim finish (Bunnings nearby) -Buy weatherboard and trims (will reimburse directly) -Pack column to uniform width (from ~350mm to 400mm wide) -Fit weatherboard (nice finish - might need tracksaw) -Secure weatherboard -Cut and fit trims -Gap fill ready for paint

Repair Silicon to balcony including handrail where cracked. I have a leak detection report. Some water ingress so plaster and paint repairs required.

Just need someone to drill a hole through the wall next to my front door for me to run a wire into the house through. Nothing flashy, just a hole. I can cork and clean it up afterwards. I just don't have drill to do the job

Our townhouse is 12 years old has 4 side has weatherboards and they need to be repainted to be the same Color. One of them has 2 cracks on it need to be filled or replace if necessary. (Where the weatherboard connect to bricks there are a metal frame that covers bricks looks like bent and slightly peeled from the bricks. If this can be done together then great! I had a Heater removed and have a hole in my external wall where the exhaust vent was. I would like someone to come and repair the wall inside and outside. Interior is Gyprock wall (or so I am told), exterior is weatherboard. I do not need it painted. Photo shows the hole on the exterior (interior is the same size). Not sure what this would typically cost. Thanks!
