We need help with our weatherboards in our townhouse that’s starting to get worn out

Replace missing weather board and fix the loosing board

15 weatherboards need replacing.

Need someone to supply and fit wooden boards to fill a gap left from the removal of an outside heating unit.

I'm after quotes from a carpenter/handyperson that can repair/replace rotten fascia beams on the front of the roof of the house, as well as replace approximately 10m2 of weatherboard down the side. Also need one fencepost replaced. Note the fascia beams require working at a height and around the existing electrical connection.
