Need weatherboards replaced on 2 areas where they were removed to eradicate a bee hive.

Replace 4 weatherboards of about 95 cm each.

Aging weatherboards needing to be replaced. Potentially other areas of home required also.

I need some new weatherboards gap filled. Firstly the nail holes (with wood filler). Secondly, silicon gunning the overlap between boards. Then a sander run over the whole lot. I will provide all materials but you will need your own extension ladder. And be comfortable workly safely up on it. Please, only people with some competency with this kind of thing, I don't want to be teaching a first timer ! There is plenty of other work on the house if you are able to complete this, and are looking for work. $25 per hour.

Need pipe brackets under house replaced and padding inserted ( all materials supplied). About 8 brackets. 45 cm clearance under house. Not a big job but protective gear required due to the usual dirt/dust under a weatherboard house. - Due date: Flexible

Re-attach weatherboards to house to make good. We are renting out the house and therefore we need the under house access closed in case kids go in there. The boards were removed to get access for work under the house and weren’t put back. I’ve left the boards under the house. The posts they attach to are either concrete or metal so will require a masonry or metal bit to affix to. I reckon the job will be 2 -3 hours so I’m estimating around $350. The job doesn’t have to be perfect, the boards are old so as long as they are attached I’m not got worried. We have some very damaged and missing weatherboards on back of house. We really don’t need this perfect just need it looking a bit tidier than it is. Looking for a Band-Aid not a full rehaul. Tossing up doing it myself or getting someone to do it for us. We can pay for materials if you can pick them up from bunnings. Also open to picking up materials ourselves. - Due date: Flexible

We recently took down a TV wall mount, leaving a few holes from the bracket and cabling that need patching and painting. Additionally, we’ve removed an old air conditioning unit (window air conditioner?), which has left a larger opening. We’re looking to have the interior hole covered, plastered and painted. As for the exterior hole, it requires new weatherboard to patch up the opening. We understand this might fall outside your service scope, so please advise if you do/don't handle external house repairs. I've also not included the exterior work in the task budget. That can be quoted separately. On that note, we are more likely to offer the job to the awesome person who can do the external repairs as well i.e. replace the weatherboard (and painting) so feel free to include the quote for that. I understand that my initial budget is at the low end and appreciate that it will be more than this. I’ve added the photos. The opening is approx 600x800 cm and the area that the TV was mounted is approx 500x200 cm. I also discovered a crack in the wall that’s about 500cm long. A pic of the exterior wall is also included where there is now a temproary sheet to cover the opening.
