Need a large telescopic dog door installed into an external wall (plasterboard internal side, weatherboard external side). Looking for someone experienced with cutting into and framing a wall opening, and finishing/sealing both sides neatly ensuring a weather-sealed finish. Sand/scrape/remove paint from external weatherboard wall. Cut away any excess previous caulk or sealant and leave ready for filling and painting. Wall area is approx 7.4m2 of weatherboard with easy access on balcony. Price negotiable, own tools required.

About 9 - 10 weatherboards need to be replaced. They have wood rot. They are short pieces. Also would be nice if you can seal and paint them to match house.

We're painting the exterior and some weatherboards on the back of the house need replacement. It's been powerwashed and rotted parts are visible in the images. It's not the whole boards; the rotted parts need to be replaced. Also, one of the window frames bottom and one side, need to be fixed/replaced—maybe the whole bottom part and fixing on the sides near the bottom.
