Cover the exposed dark beams/ceiling in the first photos with a fibre cement sheeting , similar to the white ceiling in the other photos displayed. Prior experience with this a must.

I want to get the ceiling of my porch cement sheeted and smooth joint and screws covered ready to paint. I have 3 x 5mm sheets there which will be enough. I have paper but no joint compound. I have screws there but assume need to supply.

New town houses are going up at the rear of our house. I want to build a soundproofed enclosure for our 3 x air conditioners that are next to the new neighbours small 2m back yard. I would like 2 x 'air gapped' 100mm gap of cement sheeting built. So it is (not touching). Then install soundproofing insulation bats in between the cement sheets or stuck to one side. (i have the Bradford sound proofing bats already to use). I also have the styrofoam insulation sheets that are in the photos that can be attached too. So the person who builds it will also have to build the air gapped cement sheets on the ceiling of the enclosure and then put back the corrugated steel roof. ( I already have heaps of corrugated steel for roof). I would like the person to pull down all the current materials. So they can rebuild the enclosure. There is wooden framing already there. Although I want an additional wooden frame built to ensure its not touching. I would like it to be very well gap filled & caulked so all edges are sound proofed totally. I want to remove old timber cladding below front and back windows. It is around 4m x 1m high at the front and around 6m and .6m at the back. It is the second floor, but there is a flat roof in front of the front of the house and there is a 600mm box gutter at the back of the house. Pics added 1st is the front and the rest are the back. I want to insulate and make airtight the area, I was hoping for spray foam. Then I want to add cement sheets, can just be stanard cement sheet stopped up.

There are some holes and cracks that need repairing on the outside of our building. They are compressed cement sheets. The job may also involve removing a fence panel to gain access. Would ideally like it painted as well. There has been some water leaking so the job is essentially about sealing up this column from cracks and holes and painting. The priority are the holes at the bottom.
