I'm looking for an experienced handyman or plasterer to complete the following work in my lounge room: - Carefully remove all existing cornices. - Cut back/trim the protruding side edges of the internal window sills so they finish flush with the surrounding walls, while keeping the window sills intact. - Patch around the two windows leaving the surfaces smooth and ready for painting. - The finished walls around the windows need to be flat and flush, as I will be installing Kingspan insulation boards at a later date. Take care to minimise unnecessary damage to the walls and ceiling. - Remove and dispose of all waste and debris.

cornice has come away from the ceiling and is currently sitting on top of our wall-mounted split-system AC unit. It looks intact (not broken) — it just needs to be re-fixed back in place properly and the joins finished so it blends in. I’m looking for a skilled carpenter or handyman with experience installing cornices on double brick walls to put some up in my living room/dining room, kitchen, and laundry space. My partner and father in law can assist on the day/s. I will supply the cornice material (plaster)which will be a simple stepped design. The apartment space is only 5 metres long x approx 3 metres wide.

Looking for a meticulous finisher to complete the final stages of a renovation across a living room, bedroom, and garage. Plastering: Finishing off existing sheets, including setting joints and sanding to a paint-ready finish. Cornice: Supply and/or install approx. 5m of cornice (matching existing style). Skirting: Install approx. 29m of skirting boards (primed/ready for fitment). Painting: Final coats on the new work to blend with existing surfaces. 1. Living room requires skirting around perimeter, cornice, plastering and painting around bifold doors. 3. Entrance to main bedroom requires plastering, cornice, painting. 4. Garage requires replacing missing plasterboard in ceiling, cornice, plastering and painting. Not: Paining not required for the entire house, only newly plastered areas.

Main job is to patch ground level ceiling (photo 1) after plumber needed access to repair upstairs bathroom. You just need to repair and make it look neat, no painting required. Second job is to reapply 3 cornices which have come loose. The first one (photo 2 held up by books) has completely come off but the other two (photo 3 above aircon and 4 in corner) are still hanging on and are just sagging. Please provide me with a quote to do both jobs at the same time.

Cornice in upstair bathroom has come loose. I have the parts that have come down and can be reused. No need to get new cornices. Need it re-glued and then patched and possibly painted. Not a big job, just dont have the tools / glue to do it myself.
