my recliner is stuck in the out position. i believe either an issue with motor or power pack. i have tried another power pack and doesn't seem to be working.

Electrical sofa no longer reclines. Need repaired. 4-5 year old sofa bought from nick scali

My couch leg snapped off. It seems like the wooden frame splintered in the middle of the two legs. I am disabled and cannot lift the couch to get photos underneath but I have pictures of the piece that broke and the couch.

I have a 5 year old Nick Scali Hayden 3 seater sofa with 2 x electric recliner at either end. The left-hand side of the recliner has just ceased to work and is currently stuck in full recline. The right-hand side recliner still works and there is a single power supply unit that drives both recliners. I have swapped the power cables between the right and left recliner modules and there is no change the behaviour. Suspect motor, cable or switch/button issue the left-hand side module. Photos supplied including close up of motor identification.
