A cornice fell down in my dining room and I need it replaced with a new piece of cornice and also the short piece above my fireplace needs to be replaced at the same time. There is some bubbling & cracked paint on the wall below the cornice and also on the popcorn ceiling that will also need to be repaired and painted. Also in our front bedroom there is a corner that has been partially scraped that needs to be repaired and repainted. Need the paint tasks undercoated with mould blocker.
