We live in a small two bedroom apartment (both only have two walls to be painted as we have wall to wall builtin wardrobe and large windows fitted) Also we already painted all the doors and window frames. Low sheen white all over.

Water has rotted the wood on an outside window frame and needs to be fixed/replaced.

Waist height painting required of 1 x conference room and hall way as new wainscoting done. Simple white colour. Existing window and door frames also need painting to change colour from navy to black. Metal frames so may need penetrol coat first. Photos attached. Unsure of market price but negotiable.

I have 2 timber windows 1.8m x 1m that need to be sanded and some surfaces need paint to be removed. The job will be paid by the hour and all tools required will be proivded. The job needs to be done between Tuesday 11th and Friday 15th starting at 9am. Job will be paid as a day rate of $250 and should take approx 6 hours.

I have 5 western red cedar flyscreens that need mesh replaced and i need supplied 1 aluminium frame (col bronze or brown) with mesh. Frames are 20 plus years old so care needs to be taken. Photos to follow and have measurements on them. Thanks

Job is to remove old sill, lintel, uprights and beading. Replace with new timber/beading primed ready for painting. Existing leadlight panel to be re-installed in frame. I’m looking for someone to Fix an aluminium frame casement around a bedroom window. The corner of the aluminium frame seems to have come apart and so there is a gap right now in the frame, which prevents me from completely closing the window.
