Two windows have problem when pulled open. The sliding side where the handle is comes off when pulled to open. the glass also detaches from the sliding fame side.

I’m suffering of seeing the inside double panal glass window floor to ceiling are dirty and full of mole. And they got the screw square shape looking thing on it and it’s seem able to open up and clean. So I need someone who really know how to open up this kind of window. I got about 7 large window and two small one. 5 screws each of the big one and 2 screws each of the small one.

I have a window frame on house that is water damaged and needs repair/replacement and the guttering/roofing above repaired to stop it happening again. Second story bedroom window. No water ingress, water damage is on outside. There is no guttering above but needs some kind of solution to stop overflow of water from roof at this point to stop the run onto the wall and window. Struggling to find a builder willing to do this job in isolation. Any solo carpenters/handymen out there that can handle a job like this? We had a botched painting job on our entry room and are wondering if anyone has the interest/skills/equipment to help us fix it? White paint was applied over red paint (without proper prep) and it’s now peeling. We think it might be timber underneath so it’d be great to sand it back to expose that timber. We could then treat/varnish the timber; just looking for someone to do the sanding please. The task is for the frame around the door and the frame around it those glass bricks, please see photos.
