Exterior windows frame need reseal and securely prevent rain water from entering through

Exterior painting including eaves (all green areas) and 4x sash window frame (no longer have screens, have been restored)

Remove old sealant, reseal and make wind draught and waterproof.

Two windows have problem when pulled open. The sliding side where the handle is comes off when pulled to open. the glass also detaches from the sliding fame side.

I will supply paint and whatever is needed. I want someone to come around for two days worth of painting around the outside of my house. All gutters, down pipes, eaves, window frames anything thats cream coloured I want painted white. Besides garage door as im getting a new one installed.
