Also requires new rollers for door. • Balcony flyscreen is stiff and difficult to slide • Laundry window chain winder is rusted and will not close fully • Ground floor window flyscreen has a hole and needs re-meshing • Ground floor windows will not stay open, slide down on their own, and do not lock into position • Swap a non-lockable window handle on the ground floor with a lockable handle from the upstairs kids’ bedroom • Replace rollers to first-floor small balcony glass sliding door • Unlock a privacy lock to the upstairs bathroom (currently difficult to unlock from outside) Requirements • Experience with aluminium windows, sliding doors, locks, rollers, and flyscreens • Ability to assess on site and advise if parts need replacing • Own tools required • Price includes you supplying parts
