Need to fix frame of one sliding glass panel door. A screw has been dislodged at the bottom from frame, glass needs to be reseated in rubber lining and frame be put back together squarely. The door handle and lock mechanism will need to be changed, one from Bunnings is fine. The rail and the wheels will also need to be renewed/refurbished as door is hard to slide open.

The railings need replacing, i dont wish to replace the glass doors. Parts of the railing came off. Previously have fixed the wheels but its no longer the wheel problem. Please see photos. Currently Door is very heavy and cant really move it.

Can someone please come and repair the built-in robe sliding door? It is stuck and has derailed from its original track. Also, could you remove the boxes from the balcony and take them with you? Additionally, there is a spare bedside table—please pick it up as well.

The balcony sliding door is not moving smoothly. Also it seems it is tilted a bit. I have added pictures for reference.

My toilet has a sliding door, and its lock doesn't work properly. When the toilet is in use and locked from inside, the door still opens from outside. This defeats the purpose of the lock. Please see images for the type of lock. It could be an alignment problem of the strike plate or some other issue that prevents the wall cavity from restraining the door latch.
