No exposed concrete, damaged plants, loose soil or mess. Our current letterbox was built incorrectly, and I am no longer in contact with the previous builder. It has since been rendered, however it needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The opening is too big and the depth is incorrect. The letterbox we have is deeper (at least one brick deep) and the opening is too big. I think we need to demolish the structure above the bottom of the opening and also add a row of bricks to the rear, then rebuild it with the letterbox in brick, and then I will render it again after its all done. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 17 May 2023
