I need help to fix the net on my sliding door and window at Ellenbrook.

Flyscreen/security door: the flywire/mesh has come out of the frame and needs to be reattached/re-tensioned into the existing frame. Window flyscreen x2: the existing screen/frame needs to be secured properly in the window opening.

Kitchen cupboard not closing properly, internal laundry door removal, wooden window frame needs repairing as it was unaligned after asbestos removal.

An enthusiastic 5 year old wielding an old curtain rod has put an enormous crack in one of my front facing bay window’s glass panels at my house. Seeking quotes and to book a repair sometime in the next week or two ideally. The cracks in the photo are hard to see but essentially the whole panel will need replacing. Price is a placeholder.

1) Fly screens are torn at the back main door badly and needs a replacement. I will buy and provide the aluminium fly screen that I like. 2) replacement of manual door latch broken at the shed 3) screw loose in one big window which caused insects to come in. Need to tighten the screw. It is 7 feet high and I can't reach to it. 4) one screw loose at the one cupboard needs to tighten 5) one kitchen wooden window cannot push up and stuck and needs fixing it.

The windows are leaking when it rains heavily, need someone to diagnose and fix the leak. We are very reasonable and will pay accordingly to what is the actual fix for the windows.
