Seal gaps around garage window to prevent rain water getting in garage

Fly screens are old and some have just been weathered, others torn by puppy. We would need 1 door and 1 screen window replaced. Also our back door fly screen is fine but it doesn’t open or roll on the tracks anymore, so if that’s something you can do as well that would be great!

Wooden window frames are weather damaged as is front door. Security door also needs replacement.

Window: Window glass in one of the bedrooms is not sealed into frame properly. Looks like it will fall out when trying to open window. Looking for a handyman to investigate the window frame issue and fix to proper working order. Offering $25 just to investigate and will offer another price to fix.

We need to fix the garage gate to be self-closing, with one side of the gate permanently fixed shut. And modify the windows to be restricted to open no more than 100mm
