The latch on my window has broken off. I need some one to screw/glue it back on with new screws. I also have a power point that has come loose from the wall and need it to be re attached. However, there doesn’t seem to be any structure for the PowerPoint to go in aside from the plasterboard. Lastly, the fire alarm is not existent and I need the hole covered up. I’m looking for an all-in-one tradie that thinks they can do all three tasks. My location is right in front of the train station and can be a little bit hard for parking but I’m happy to pay for street parking and assist you carrying gear if necessary.

the opening system of our awning window broke down because of the wind. Some parts are missing. Glass is completely fine, but we need to setup the opening system again. Note: all the hinges and the hardware has been taken off ( see the pictures: that is what needs to be reinstalled) the window in order to close it. Some of them fell but mainly hinges, so I have bought everything. Just need help to repair it ! Easy money for whoever has a little knowledge about windows !

Repair water damaged timber wood work on 2 window frames

Oven door doesn't stay open just immediately spring shut as soon as its open. window can not be open even though we are trying to wind it out. tracking seems stuck tenant need it done this week wednesday thursday Friday preferably morning need to arrange with tenant for access.

I have a timber sash window that has sustained a section of rot to the staff bead and the junction of the stile and the meeting rail, on the upper sash. This has caused the meeting rail to slip downwards and expose the bottom edge of the glazing. Additionally, both sashes have perished glazing putty and that will require replacing. This job is not urgent and I’m flexible with timing. This sash is open to the elements so may not be able to be worked on during Melbourne’s wild weather. Please note : we have a sugar the house who is friendly.

The double hung window is not working properly in my apartment bedroom. Both glasses/sashes are free to slide along the frame but the top one won’t stay top. The frame is aluminium. No damage to the glass or the frame. Probably needs re-cording or cord replacement.

I have two window fly screens external to the house which I can see are coming loose. Hi, one of my office windows on the second floor has seperated from the top and appears to be held on by the lock at the bottom. It's letting a draft in and rattling the roller blind so I'm home to get it sealed back up again/repaired.

I have a sash window that with the lock on, still rattles in the frame. The window also lets in noise from outside that I am looking to reduce. If anyone with sash window experience can assist to investigate if this means the window needs repairing or if not if it potentially just needs some draft excluders or similar installed and can assist please message.
