Hi There, I need a thin bathroom window replaced. It is an older apartment building with thin bathroom windows that open out on a hinge. The frame attached to the house is fine, however the frame that the window sits in needs to be replaced. This will make more sense by looking at the images. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has easy access. The inner frame is 1450mm long by 530 high. Can I please have a quote? Unsure of price ect so don't pay too much attention to budget. Cheers.

3 x Sash windows have these old locking device which had a ‘pin’ through it to lock. They have been attached with one way screws- think they need to be carefully angle grinded off. Care needs to be taken to not break window glass and with surrounding wood.

2 sash windows in bay window have been painted shut. Sash cord has been painted over/broken and need new hardware (I will supply). Both windows need to be fixed so they open properly and replace hardware with new. - Due date: Before Thursday, 30 November 2023

Replace two window winders. Install three floating shelves into a solid wall. The shelf supplier has provided instructions and advised that a hammer drill may be required. All materials are supplied but not tools.

We are getting a new sliding door and would like to repurpose the old large panelled window to close our open garage. It doesn’t fit perfectly, there’ll be gaps to be filled in somehow, pine stud perhaps? and some modification to the ceiling plaster in the garage may be needed. The old window will be removed before the job.
