The front window on our lounge has come apart(see pictures) a little not sure how but think it just gave way from being open not sitting closed. It not urgent but I would think it needs fixing just in case it falls further and glass slips out. I do like having the window open as it does get hot in here.

Hello! I need someone to fix my window which does not close. I can open the window to its maximum opening, however can only close it about half way. When I rotate the knob to close it, it will spin but the window will not close. The window faces a narrow terrace balcony so can be accessed from the outside if need be. I have three minor handyperson tasks to be completed. 1. I have old style industrial warehouse windows. Three of them won’t close. Two of them, I think, just need some paint and rust removed from the hinges and probably some oil. The third appears to be actually broken and needs repair. 2. The front of a kitchen drawer has fallen off. My research seems to show that the bracket fixture is not longer available to buy, so it needs another alternative. 3. I have some custom made blinds that need to be hung. I have all the fixtures. This is probably a two person job, and I can help out. - Due date: Flexible

Our office has these automated window shutters that can be opened/closed via a switch. When trying to close them, the lever on the bottom row of shutters has become detached - the screw must have fallen out (see image). All that is needed is to screw this lever back together. These windows are about 4m above ground so ladder would be required. We also just have 2 loose door handles that would be great to have fixed while you're here. - Due date: Before Friday, 7 April 2023

Need a heavy lifting job in a Retail space in Pitt street Mall: lifting a plinth into a window cavity. The job will require 2 people at 8am on 1 June.

We have a portable A/C unit and need someone to come and either cut glass for the vent/casing/mount to be fitted or to remove the glass and put in a simple mdf frame etc in place of the glass.
