I need someone to collect an external Architrave (4m) from St Peter's and install it above my window and door. My house is the redish one. I want architrave/trim installed as in the grey house picture. I can order and pay for the architrave. I need collection and installation, please.

I have ordered some shutters from The Shutters Department for the front window of my house. There are instructions in the box, but we need someone to drill into brick (and tiles along the base of the window sill) to have them installed.

Heavy rain from one direction leads to the window leaking from the top/middle part of the window frame. I believe this is due to poor flashing. The window has dimensions of 138cm x 158cm. A bedroom in our house is significantly colder than the rest of the house. I am convinced this is coming from a draft but cannot find the source. We have sliding doors and windows that fills the entire external wall of the bedroom so this is likely the area. There is also a HVAC system. We need the draft found and sealed so that heat does not escape and cold air come into the bedroom.

There's some mould growing along the windowsill in my bedroom I'd love removed properly and safely. It's mostly a very dark green colour, not sure if it's black mould or not. I would do it myself with vinegar/soda or bleach, but I have a health condition.

The timber frame window needs repairing. The rope in the window has broken so it won’t stay open and the glass (intact) has dropped.

Remove existing window winder and replace with a new one. Old window winder has stripped screws (see pictures) so you will need a dremel tool to remove the screws. I will supply the new window winder. You must have: - your own tools - a Dremel tool that can cut a notch in a screw head
