We need the steel bars removed from 6x windows of a house in Stanmore. The bolts are welded on so you may need a grinder. We also require them to be taken away to a scrap yard. We have found a scrap yard close by that will take the metal and pay $140 - $160 per ton. They are tick bars on the windows. Double hung, timber sash window requires repair. Timber sill and bottom of window frame has rotted as located in shower area. These require replacing. Quote to be discussed.

A timber window trim on a first floor window has come loose. It needs to be taken down. It does not need to be disposed of. The timber trim will be left at the property. Only properly insured people to respond please.
