Hang 4 large picture frames to walls that are gyprock. Need to be able to patch wall over easily and hang new frames. You'll need to be a professional as the wall is gyprock and I need them in specific parts of the house. If you need to look for the studs then this job is not for you.

A smoke detector in our restaurant is being relocated on Wednesday, which will leave an approx 40mm hole in the ceiling above the fan (see photo 1, circled). We need to remove the centre gyprock wall we put in to cover an existing wall with a window. We now need this wall removed neatly and cleanly as it is a rental. There are wooden studs too.
