My bathroom sink has the kind of plug you press to close and then press again to open/release. Unfortunately it often gets stuck in the closed position. To access the release mechanism you need to disconnect the plumbing under the sink and then put it back together.

The tap has become detached and wobbly due to the fittings in and below the bench becoming loose. Does not require any plumbing work, job is probably most suitable for someone with cabinetry experience or general handyman work - might need a jigsaw or some wood glue. Maybe even a 3D printed component. Edit - we also have a very heavy mirror to hang on the wall and are looking for advice or a quote. Please comment on this if it’s suitable for you to take a look it while on the property.

Hello! I am moving into an apartment and need some plumbing work done. 1. The left side of the kitchen sink is draining water even when the plug is in. I’ve tried changing the plug, even bought a new plug but same problem. The right side is fine. The internet tells me I need a plumber :) 2. I want to change the shower fixture in my ensuite. It currently has just a shower head that comes out of the wall. I want to change it to a shower head that also has a hand held shower with a diverter. I need your help to tell me which fixtures to buy and then to please install them for me. I added a (very bad!) photo of the current shower head.
