Gyprock ceiling has come off roof beams. No water damage. Just drooping. Need it to be cut, partially replaced. Accessible from a manhole and below.

There are thirteen holes in a wall and ceiling that have been made by an electrician while changing the wiring. Each hole is c. 50x50mm and there is one trench c. 30mm wide by 3 metres long. The smaller holes will need some sort of support backing to hold the new plaster.

Job got started by another airtasker however unexpectedly they were unable to bring job to completion. Once the structure is complete need walls, ceiling and door painted on both sides. Sound insulation required. Corner of ceiling in bathroom has cracked, where chimney was removed 30 years ago during renovation.
