Handyman to rehang door and nail in dowels under stair balustrade.

Seeking a handyman for a few basic odd jobs. Would suit someone working in the area currently. Licensed trade preferred. Preferred dates / times: Wednesday 15 February Thursday 16 Friday Friday 17 February Jobs are: 1) Rehang door to swing from opposite direction 2) Nailing in of timber dowels under the balustrade of the stairs. Cutting to size if needed. Extra possible work depending on price quoted and if time allows: 3) Painting the dowels for under the stair balustrade / touch up missing paint. Depending on the quote I receive I can find extra jobs for extra work in future. Examples: installing some Chrome pull out drawers, painting rear of house. Internal panting. Swapping new showerheads. Possibly even resanding and painting doors but please note I'm not asking for a quote for the extra work I'm just saying there's plenty of extra work available in future if this first job goes well. I need my courtyard decking, balcony and entrance way (all made of the same ModWood decking boards) cleaned with diluted sugar soap and brush, as well as timber balustrades and windows washed, and 5 windows polished with Windex inside and out. Cleaning materials will be supplied but please bring your own rubber gloves. ModWood cannot be pressure sprayed so needs to be scrubbed by hand. The task is expected to take most of the day. Any day this weekend or next week is possible. Thanks.
