Blinds bracket came off and need fixing to the gyprock ceiling (probably need backing)

After changing the location of our ceiling fans we have a small hole in the gyprock ceiling from a previous install. Wish to have this patched and fixed up. The hole is about 4 inches or less wide.

Part of the lath and plaster ceiling in bedroom of 1880s terrace house has collapsed, with the lath intact but the plaster having fallen out. There is also some water damage in another part of ceiling and adjacent walls. I need a professional gyprocker who can repair, patch and makegood two 40cmx40cm holes made by my plumbers who fixed internal wall water services leaks. They had to access via my living room wall. Photo of one of the holes is attached. I'm looking for a professional who can repair the holes with gyprock and apply gyprock patching compound for a smooth seamless finish. Perhaps pad hole with something appropriate to dampen noise from internal pipes. I'll paint. Regards Simon

We require a painter to paint a 3m x 6m gyprock wall. Painting is in a limestone finish. This wall has 15 x 3m removable pine slats that require staining. The area on the gyprock wall behind the wooden slats will need to be painted in a colour that matches the slats. Materials will need to be purchased by the painter; we will cover the costs of the paint/ stain. Can be done on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday this week.
