Need to fix blind keeps coming down its 190x150cm approx could be more or less. Will need to put masonry plugs in etc

Need a roller blinds cut to size (1) and installed on windows. Blind is from IKEA called FRIDANS 205 x 195 X 200. Does not fit in frame size.

We have two old blinds that need to be replaced. I already have two new ones ready to go but no power tools or ladder. One is ceiling height above a sink and the other is roughly head height. I've removed the old lower height blind but the old screws are too tough for me to undo.
