As shown in the photos the blinds are attached to a pice of wood on the ceiling. The wood has water damage and become unstable which has made the blind fall down. The wood will need to be replaced and have the blind reattached. There is also another blind in the same room (not pictured) where the wood is coming a bit loose but won't need replacing, only resecuring.

Gearbox for the retractable part of the blind has come off, it needs to be replaced. We have the parts, just need some professional help.
