My blinds are extremely hard to open and close. My guess is the cord needs replacing or the cord latch is broken. I need someone to diagose the problem, help source the pieces to fix it (new cord, possibly new latch) and implement the fix. Hi, I need help hanging some curtains and art. The blinds/ curtain rods I have screws for but no drill. My walls are solid concrete. I do not have hanging hooks etc for the paintings.
