I have a window that is around 5m high that has a motorised blind. The batteries need replacing. Will require a large ladder. It is in an apartment so ladder needs to fit through the door (and 2.4m approx) so an extendable ladder required.

Fix the beaded pull cord blind rivet with something secure enough to hold permanently (had someone fix it and it only lasted one day). Photos show what it should look like and what it looks like broken. There is free parking right outside. Ideally sat or sun this weekend - in the afternoon after 1pm.

Hello ceiling is about 2.7m high, requesting switch the ceiling fan to light (pictured) thanks. I know it can be done as handyman before took off the ceiling fan completely to put the ceiling medallion on and all within ten minutes.

I’ve got 3 A2 poster frames from country road, with prints to be hung vertically in a stair void. I’ve got the area measured and laid out, so I know the exact spacing. The frames have 2 triangular hooks on the back, I think easiest to connect them with hanging wire so will just need 3 fixings in the center of the wall. If you can do this as well great. I've added a photo with the prints superimposed within the void, that is how I would like them to be mounted. Above the stairs is about 4m tall to the top print.

The net came down and I would like if someone can nail it or fix it back into the gutter so that it doesn’t happen again

Looking for someone to install an approximately 20kg mirror on wall. Today would be great but I am flexible. Dimensions: Height 800mm Width 500mm Thickness 50mm No hardware provided. The mirror comes with two generic routed holes to fit most hardware, whilst using its own weight to suspend evenly and safely.

Remove 10 screws. And fill the holes where screws were and fill 2 more holes where screws were - a total of 12 small holes to fill and sand
