Find an experienced handyman in Alexandria

I need a faulty programme timer and thermostat removed and replaced for a Smeg freestanding oven. We would ideally like parts to be supplied (dont have to be smeg brand just compatible) There is also a cockroach problem within electronics so need someone who does not mind this (they're all dead just a bit gross) see attached images of model number

The screws connecting my door closer to metal (hollow) door frame have come loose, it appears that the hole in the door frame has been stripped (i.e. holes are now too big for the screws). I need someone to either tap and install a larger screw, or install a rivet nut to take the current screw size. Should be a quick task for someone with the right tools.

I have 8 acoustic treatment panels that need to be put up on the wall of my music studio. Installation is fairly easy - they go up via mounting brackets fixed to the wall. I just need someone to help me measure where the brackets need to go and then drill the brackets into the wall. See attached for photos of a single panel, and the mounting brackets.

Need bottom of door shaved to fit rug and install a mirror to a false wall. Prefer a Monday (available this Monday till 2pm if ok) or next Monday or my hubby will do attempt to put up mirror and make I’d rather save him the trouble. These are the jobs. 1 mirror 120x80cm approx 8kg mounted onto a concrete wall. Replace kitchen tap (mix tap)- will need to cut out a small panel of a kitchen cabinet to access bottom of the tap. I’ve included photos, photo with rectangle hole is our neighbour’s who had to cut this out to access the bottom of the tap. The other 2 photos are of our tap and kitchen bench. Mount a 50 inch tv onto a concrete wall. I live in Alexandria and we’d like it done asap as kitchen tap is a major issue.
