I bought a ceiling fan with lights and I want to replace it with the current ceiling lights I have. There is no need to install any wiring, just connecting to the previous wiring. I need a licensed electrician because otherwise I loose warranty.

I am new to Jeep and cars in general but would love to learn how to do smaller check ups and maintenance work on my Jeep. So I would like to hire a mechanic / serious Jeep enthusiast to guide me through following: - replacing brake pads and bleeding brakes - replacing transmission fluid - adjusting parking brake because it does not bite even when fully engaged - engine oil replacement and flush - cleaning throttle body - guidance on maintaining Jeep and keeping it in driveable and reliable condition According to tutorials I've found this seems like easy tasks but I do not want to mess it up since I have zero knowledge of cars and would need guidance. Since I don't have garage it would be nice if you had tools and place. If not, I can always hire DIY workshops around Sydney. I am rather flexible around location. Time would be during the weekends. I want to hire you for a whole day or until the work is done. - Due date: Flexible

Door Frame Maintenance

The issue with the door is that it can't be locked at all. The frame of the door is not allowing the sliding portion of the door to interlock. The frame is bent in many places, this might be the reason for not locking properly. This can be observed in the pictures clearly. This door is really old and is compromising my mobility and security.
