**Gyprock / Internal Wall Repairs – Kitchen Renovation** We're renovating our kitchen and need repairs to several internal walls following demolition. There are four affected areas: - Above the cooktop - Behind the fridge - In the walkway - Outside one of the rooms Some Gyprock has been removed, and we'd like someone to assess what needs replacing or repairing. Please let me know your availability.

Looking for a licensed carpenter or joiner to supply and install an internal door, including a door frame if required. The opening measures approximately 2430 mm high × 975 mm wide. Preference is for either a custom bi-fold door or a single solid timber door, finished and painted white. I’m also open to other suitable door options or recommendations based on the size and layout of the opening. Please include supply, installation, necessary framing, hardware, and painting in your quote where applicable.

Looking for a handyman to help install a new hoselink retractable system, brick wall already has studs and holes, but for some reason when I mount the hoselink onto the wall mount apply weight , the top part of the screws keep moving out of the studs, I need someone that has the right tools to get this mounted properly.

We need new tap installed, we have the new tap, just don’t have the tools to install tap in tight space under sink. Should be relatively easy for someone with correct tools.

I have a quick, simple outdoor waterproofing/flashing job. It should take less than an hour for someone experienced. IMPORTANT: I have already purchased ALL the materials. You only need to bring your tools. You MUST have an angle grinder (with a metal cutting disc) and clamps/bench vice to cleanly cut the aluminium without bending it. The Job: Cut: Trim a 1m 50x50mm black aluminium angle down to exactly 85cm. Install & Pitch: Install it on an outdoor rendered wall just below an existing copper pipe to act as an awning over a timber board. Glue the vertical face to the wall using Sikaflex 118. Dual-Pitch: You need to create a slight outward fall (away from the wall) AND a slight tilt down towards the left so rain drains away from the pipes on the right. Tape & Seal: Use Gorilla Tape to secure it temporarily while the glue sets. Apply a clean bead of Sikaflex 112 Clear along the top edge to seal it completely. Flashing: Use Byute Flash tape to seal an awkward vertical pipe gap on the right side. Materials I will provide on-site: 1m 50x50mm black aluminium angle Sikaflex 118 High Grab & Sikaflex 112 Clear (and caulking gun) Gorilla Tape & Byute Flash tape Please confirm in your offer that you have an angle grinder and clamps for the cut.

I am moving out and have couple of chips and scratches on the wall. Need help patch them. One of the areas, see the second last photo, is a small hole that requires finding the matching color and patch. Ideally I would like to get it done today 15/6 or tmr afternoon. Thank you!
