I just need someone to fix two minor things: 1. bathroom tap started to fall apart 2. one of the lights in the kitchen is not working

I have three fly screen out of which 1 has minor bend in it. These needs to be reinstalled in the windows as I am unable to do it. Also if you can fix the bend in the flyscreen as well. Note: Apartment is at level 3.

It looks like the wood frame of the door has deteriorated which may have caused the screws to become loose leading the latch breaking off of the frame. The photos show the door frame's wood at the bottom is breaking which is near where the latch has loosened and become unsecured. The top latch is still in place but it may break off too because there is more weight on it without the bottom latch. It is probably causing tearing on the frame.

Soffits have been damaged by possums and are hanging. Broken ground under, and the peak is 8 or so meters high, so difficult access. Looking for patch or replace. You must have some sort of relevant trade. House can be seen on Google, 98 Adelaide St West Ryde. Look at the South side. I will post a couple of other pictures on Tuesday night. There is no access for scissor lift and the ground is sloped earth. To stabilize a ladder I have no issue with some dyna bolts in the wall. Mike

Water stains appeared on my ceiling starting yesterday afternoon. I suspect it may be due to a leak from the air-conditioning pipes inside, as it rained today but there was no active dripping from the ceiling — it has just remained damp. This is the window frame of the main bathroom. The shower head is on the adjacent wall. Hence, the window frame gets exposed with water whenever taking shower. I need somebody to help fix this (no gaps) and repaint to avoid damage again. - Due date: Flexible

The left hand cupboard door got wrenched off. I tried to fix it but have been unsuccessful. It just needs to be put back so it hangs with the right hand side door.

The right hinge swivel piece of my Sony WH-1000XM4 has broken
