Gyprocker Needed – Patch & Sheet 4 Areas (No Painting Required) I'm looking for an experienced gyprocker to patch and sheet over four areas in my apartment, leaving them ready for painting (painting is not required). The work includes: - Gyprocking over the existing wall grille opening. - Gyprocking over the existing ceiling grille opening. - Gyprocking over the opening where the old split system air conditioner was located. - Patching over the old thermostat location. The air conditioning components will be removed by an air conditioning specialist prior to the work. All areas should be finished flush, stopped, sanded, and ready for paint. Please bring your own tools and materials. Experience with clean, seamless patch repairs is preferred.

Hello, We are looking to have a small utensil drawer installed in our kitchen in Meadowbank (Ryde area). The drawer would sit directly above our small microwave oven, inside the current microwave enclosure. The new drawer cutlery drawer would be done in the style to match the existing drawers. As part of the job, the facia around the microwave oven enclosure would need to be removed as it clashes. Additionally, the power point inside the microwave enclosure, may need to be moved downwards by about 150mm. I have supplied photos, and a concept sketch of the proposed cutlery drawer. We would like to have someone come out and visit us on site, and measure and quote for the design. We are looking to have the job done in the next few months. Mouldy kitchen caulk needs to be replaced. The whole caulk around the sink and the caulk in the wall. Needs to scrub off the mouldy caulk because mouldy caulk was just covered with a new sealant, not properly taken off.

Kitchen cabinet door hinge has come loose from the cabinet wall. The hinge mounting screws are no longer holding properly in the particle board/MDF side panel. Needs repair or reinforcement of the damaged board and reattachment/replacement of the hinge mount.

Hi - I require a replacement of my roller door inside my bedroom + installation + may need to smooth the bottom as there are some sharp edges as shown in bottom.
