I would like to have this cracked side wall, in order of preference: 1. lifted back into place and patched 2. rebuilt from scratch 3. repaired using crack-stitching (note that the budget is a middle-ground figure that should be lower for crack-stitching and may be higher for rebuilding)

Hello, I am looking for a licensed plumber to fix kitchen tap hoses and leaks, and finish installing a washing machine please in an apartment I have recently moved into. Kitchen plumbing - The flexible water feed hoses that connect to the kitchen taps have notices attached to them stating that they have been installed incorrectly. - There is very minor leaking. One leak from the metal water pipes where they intersect, and one leak from the waste pipe. - The first task is to install the hoses correctly, or replace if necessary. - The second task is to patch the leaks. I am not interested in replacing any pipes at this stage. Washing machine connection - I have a front loader machine that needs a cold tap connection only. - I have tried to attach the hose, but when I turn on the water, the connection sprays a lot of water. We need you to remove 2 blinds and detach a security sensor to enable the ceiling to be repaired. Approx 4sqm of damaged ceiling needs to be replaced with new gyprock and prepared ready for painting. Approx 36sqm of ceiling needs to be painted so the repair is seamless and invisible. The blinds then need to be reinstalled and sensor reattached. We need you to supply all ceiling repair materials and remove all waste. We will supply the paint which will be Dulux.

2 x curtain rods purchased and fitted - 212cm high and 183cm wide. 1 x curtain rod purchased and fitted - 120cm wide and 108cm high. 2 x fly screen curtains purchased and fitted - 20cm wide and 108cm high.

This is trickier than it sounds due to the material of the walls which seems to be some kind of hollow brick so neither the standard method for solid brick nor gyprock will do. The existing curtain rail needs to be lowered due to the installation of an air conditioner. There may be various other jobs we will offer as well (separate to this)

looking for someone to help hang a bunch of things. A painting, a power strip, and a light all on a brick wall. The light has a plastic rim that will need to have a small cut out to make room for the wire. Also need to install the door sweep. The door sweep will need to be trimmed to fit. Cut out the current gyprock/plasterboard around the shower head approx 40 cm2, check there is no leak in the water lines that feed to the shower head, replace with a new piece of white gyprock (you will need to supply) that is water resistant/rated to use in bathroom, and replace the shower head (I have already purchased the new shower head, see photos).
