I’m looking for a carpenter/ general handyman who would be able to: • Firstly pick up an order from Bunnings Alexandria which includes curtain rods/ curtains and brackets etc • Come to install the curtain rods in 3x rooms • Remove old letterbox and affix new one • Fix the runners on a sliding door that gets stuck • reattach screen door that has come off the runners completely Unfortunately I’ve broken my foot so can’t pick up the order myself so would appreciate that be included in the task. We are based in Newtown so its not too far from the Bunnings I will place the order with. If you have a Ute or van normally I’m hoping it’s an easy add on. Hi, I have two jobs (ideally you can do both - but negotiable): 1. I need someone to install x4 curtain rods in my apartment (Newtown) - ideally Saturday or Sunday (15 or 16 January), but after 3pm Friday is also fine. I need x2 installs in the living room (for the two balconies), and also x2 installs for 2 bedroom windows. You'll need your own tools, the living room appears to be solid brick so I assume will need a drill. I can email/text the pictures separately. 2. I need someone to unassemble my bed (in Chippendale) then assemble it again after it is moved to Newtown (removalists will pick up at 11am Saturday, so needs to be unassembled before then). I just need the holders for 3 curtain rods drilled into my walls please. Cement walls so need someone who has their own power drill. A couple are high up so it would be great if you had your own ladder. Today (Friday 23rd) or Tomorrow would be good

I need help hanging one window curtain rod (4 to 6 holes in the wall). The wall is masonry but may have steel lintel behind it as I can't seem to drill through to the required depth (one inch). House is 130 years old and not sure what is behind the wall. I have required screws and plugs, I just need someone to drill the holes for me. You need to bring drill and necessary drill bits.
