Hi! I need help fixing a curtain rod holder into the wall. I already have 2 brackets up see picture – just need the third one installed to support the rod properly. The spot where it needs to go looks like it was patched up by a previous tenant, so it may need to be re-drilled.

Need one metal curtain rod holder fixed to internal concrete wall. Will require masonry drill / drill that can be used on concrete wall and strong screws and potentially screw holder/anchor as concrete wall is in older building. Need done asap before Sunday 4pm. Should not take long with the right equipment.
