I require someone with the correct tools to drill into a concrete wall to securely attach 3x curtain rod brackets to the wall.

I need to someone to install 4 curtain rails and 2 blinds into my apartment. The two longest curtain rails are 4m and 3.6m. I would like them to be double railed so there can be a light curtain and a heavy curtain. I still need to purchase these or you could supply them and I would pay you. There is a pelmet from sliding doors still on the wall that we could either keep or need removing. The smaller ones are 180cm and I already have rails for that.
