Need to switch out a regular light fitting with a ceiling fan/light. I will source the fan, the wiring, etc. (it's a remote operated model, the one I'm looking at), but I'm not actually sure how to install it, as the pitch of the roof in that section of the crawl space is too small to access (for me anyway - I'm 6'5"). I'm not actually sure there's a way to do this, save by ripping a roof sheet up, because a piece of timber needs to be installed between joists so the fan mount can be attached to something. I'm open to ideas.

I need 3 ceiling fans installed (remote controlled) and replace 3 existing light fixtures with new ones (2 LED). I have double brick ceilings, but all the lights are pre-existing. I am on the ground level of a 2 story unit block. I have already purchased the new fans and the new light fixtures.

We need a celing fan installed in our upstairs living area. It needs to go where there was previously a ceiling light. There is already a light switch in this room. We have the fan already. The fan does not have a remote, it relies on a switch.
