New bench top has been cut. Need old kitchen sink disconnected/removed, old bench removed and new bench with new sink installed (pipe positioning will be different).

The tap begins dripping when it is opened up. The tap doesn't drip when it is closed, but then has isolated cold water from kitchen sink. The tap is quite old. Also believe there is another slow leak / drip further along the line.

The tap drips unless you tighten it suuuper tight. And it leaks in the cupboard beneath. I would like it either fixed our fixed with new taps on.

Existing undermount sink was fixed only with adhesive which has given way. Need to have it re-installed.
