I have an exterior timber laundry/back door where both the frame and the door leaf have gone out of alignment. The frame has sagged slightly on the latch side (evident by an uneven gap across the top head jamb). Needs to be re-secured/pulled back to square using long structural screws into the studs. The timber door leaf has a minor twist/bow, meaning it doesn't hit the door stops flush and the latch bolt isn't catching smoothly. The door will need to be taken off, planed down on the leading edge to clear the frame cleanly, and re-hung. Please bring a power planer, a long level, and necessary timber fasteners. (I will handle any painting/touch-ups myself later).

The handle of an edge door pull has broken. I need to replace the whole mechanism. The current mechanism is glued in place, into a solid wood frame. The current mechanism is a Delf edge door pull (see attached Bunnings image). The new mechanism needs to be at least as large as the Delf. Happy if it is something else (needs to be chrome/nickel).

The inside half of the door handles has become loose and needs to be repaired. We can still open the door from the outside but not from the inside.

Seeking a handyman, carpenter or door fitter to fix cavity slider door that has become hard to slide. May need adjustment or replacement of wheels that slide along track above.

Fix broken 3broken sliding doors

Door was kicked in by an intruder. Door jamb wood is broken and strike plate needs to be re-attached. Locks still work fine.

Wooden hallway door has split above & below the top hinge & the hinge has come out. The hinge & screws need to be re-inserted but the wood has split where holes are. Probably also need to drill a couple of screws into the back of door to keep the split door together. NOTE: The split in the door is covered with tape in this image. Bottom hinge seems ok, I've included an image of it also to show how it's supposed to look.

Door frame repair – lock/strike plate ripped out My door frame (wooden jamb) is broken where the lock/strike plate sits. The wood has split vertically and the lock plate has come off. I still have the broken piece of wood with the metal plate attached. Looking for someone to repair the door frame so the door can lock properly again. This may involve reinforcing or replacing the damaged section of the frame and reinstalling the strike plate. Render? Door still closes but the frame is damaged and the lock cannot secure properly. Flexible with repair method (wood repair, filler, reinforcement plate, or replacing part of the jamb). Please bring tools and materials required.

Hi Need to install 8 x door locks (3x privacy locks, 5 x standard locks) - 2 pictured in one photo with the cover plates underneath. They are all the same. The screenshot of stainless steel lock is the one is similar to what I’m trying to i + remove and reapply sealant in bathroom for vanity in bathroom (approx 80cm) +Silicon beading between bench top and splash back approx 3.5m

The door on the fridge is not sealing properly so the attachment to the cabinetry needs adjusting.
